Walmart Community Table: Thanksgiving – Walmart x Jennifer Garner

As an extension of the Walmart Community Table initiative, we teamed up with Jennifer Garner & Ina Garden to host a special community Thanksgiving dinner; one complete with cooking lessons from the master herself, as well as our partner celebrity chefs, games, attractions, and more, for all guests to enjoy.

To build out a guest list, we partnered with organizations like the LA Food Bank, YMCA LA, Special Needs Network, and Save the Children foundation to help coordinate outreach and invites to local community members.
After a series of special hosted cooking lessons, our guests were invited to enjoy their Thanksgiving meal served by Garner & Garten themselves, and to take part in the various games and attractions set up for guests in the outdoor event space.
In addition to the favorite recipes of our original Community Table heroes, printed recipe cards with the featured menu items from Ina and our guest chefs greeted each guest at their seat.
